ESG Framework
Integrating environmental, social, and governance principles into our core strategy and operations.
Governance Structure
Our ESG Governance
OGDC’s ESG Framework is anchored in Board-level oversight, a dedicated ESG Committee, and clear management accountability for sustainability-related risks and opportunities. It guides how we integrate climate considerations, environmental stewardship, social investment, and ethical conduct into strategy, enterprise risk management, and day-to-day operations.
The Board provides strategic oversight through its dedicated ESG Committee, which reviews policies, progress, and risks quarterly. Management teams execute ESG priorities via clear KPIs tied to performance reviews. This structure embeds ESG into capital allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
